March, July, October, November, December, February, seems to
focus on one event that shows up in stores earlier each year. There is
Easter, but the date varies. March has St Patrick’s day. It’s in Walmart
now-candy, green decorations such as the 4 leaf clover. Green hats,
wigs and ties. All sorts of stuff for you to buy, but there always are deeper messages to reflect on.

March is very important month in the life of a family. Spring is just
around the corner and daylight stays longer. In Maine, soon we will
have our windows open on occasion and looking for the first of the
spring flowers. We still bundle up but look for days when we can be
a little lax. We sense that “Spring is in the air!”. Outside family
walks are possible. Dry roads and paths and the ice is melting. Time to greet your neighbors after a hard cold winter.

As for St Patrick’s Day–Ah, the luck of the Irish , the 4 leaf clover
and the pot of gold. The luck of the Irish and the 4 leaf clover are the
good fortune you have everyday-Your family and your daily life . It
is your personal pot of gold that gets bigger each year! So celebrate everyday in every way.

“Good fortune is not a goal but results from choosing a life of gratitude
