Have conversation and not a talk at.

Ask thoughtful and respectful questions.

Embrace what you share in common and respect the differences.

Act with transparency and honesty.

Be humble and respectful.

Avoid “Looking Good”

On any initiative do an exhaustive “reach out” to others.

Always seek creative partnerships.
